Office opening times:

The School Office is open Monday to Friday between 08.45am and 4.00pm (36.25 hours), with telephone lines being manned between 08.30am and 4.00pm (37.5 hours) during term time - Length of the School Week Non-Statutory Guidance. 

If you wish to contact the school at any other time, please e-mail us.

Our office team will be able to answer the majority of your queries, however if you have a specific query or concern a member of the Senior Leadership Team, whose names are shown below, will be happy to help you.  Your email will then be forwarded to the appropriate member of the Senior Leadership Team.

*Please note that Downsview Primary & Nursery School is a "Safer Schools" street, which means that vehicles are restricted between the hours of 08.00 to 09.30 and 14.00 to 16.00 on weekdays. 

Entry to Biggin Way or Marston Way between these times will incur a penalty ticket issued from Croydon Council.*
