Please do talk to staff if there are any medical issues we may need to know about. For any known condition or medication, you will be asked to complete a form to ensure we know how best to help your child whilst they are in school.

If your child suffers from asthma or allergies and has an inhaler or an Epi-pen, please ensure that their prescribed medication is brought into school for use during the school day. All medication should be clearly marked with your child’s name.

Medication prescribed by a doctor that cannot be given before or after school must be handed into the School Office and a medication administration form will need to be completed before the medication can be administered by school staff.
