ParentPay: The School Payment System at Downsview

 

ParentPay is the school's online payment system, which enable families at Downsview to use the internet to make online payments for school purchases, including school trips, enrichment activities, lunches and our Extended School's provision (Breakfast and After School Clubs).  Parents/carers can either use their debit or credit card through the highly secure ParentPay website.

 

ParentPay is easy to use and allows you to make payments whenever you want, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Many parents welcome the certainty that money paid using ParentPay will reach the school quickly and safely so that children do not need to bring money into school.  In order to make payments using ParentPay you will need to register with ParentPay, using the steps below:

 

Getting Started with ParentPay

  • Log into www.parentpay.com
  • Enter your username and password (this will be given to you by the School Office)
  • Follow the online registration process
  • Select which items you wish to pay for and follow the simple online instructions to complete your transaction.

 

Please note

Both the Username and Password are case sensitive.  Watch out for o (as in orange) and 0 (zero) and I (as in the letter I) and 1 (the number one).

 

Be assured that ParentPay offers the highest security and no card details are stored on the system or are accessible by the school or ParentPay.
