Responsibility
Responsibility
'Healing comes from taking responsibility: to realise that it is you- and no one else- that creates your thoughts, your feelings, and your actions.' Peter Shepherd
With rights comes responsibility. The aim is to help children achieve their potential and develop into responsible citizens. We are teaching our children to learn how to respect others, think critically and make informed decisions.
Responsibility involves making decisions, being trusted, and learning to be accountable for their actions. Taking responsibility is not just about how the choices the child makes affect them, but also how their choices and actions affect others. Being responsible can help children feel important and making a positive contribution to the school, the family and the community.
